The account name in the top of the dialog page is too small

Description:
Telegram account dialog page shows the dialog lists of selected contact,
the contact name in top bar is too small than others.

Reproduce Steps:
    a) Launch Telegram
    b) Select a chat
    c) Observe the top bar for the contact name

Expected Result:
The contact name size must be the same with others.

Actual Result:
The contact name size is too small.

Occurrence:
10/10 (100%)
