Lock touchpad

Bug Description

I'm working on an Asus K550JK.
When I lock the touchpad with the shortcut fn+f9 the icon of touchpad locked appears on the monitor but touchpad still works!

by default only the buttons and clicks get locked.

If you want the pointer completely disabled install xserver-xorg-input-libinput

Even buttons and clicks are still working!
Installing xserver-xorg-input-libinput doesn't change anithing!

It's probably a bug in the xserver or kernel code, though I am not sure which, will re-assing to xorg for now

run apport-collect again to pick up the relevant log files

Still no new info.
By the way, after installation of xserver-xorg-input-libinput and a reboot it works perfectly!
