QE Bug Fixes

[Chinmay Zanpure]

1. Don't select percentiles, source, uuid in select all for Stats queries.
2. Percentiles should be included in the chart classes or the chart filters.
3. Don't reset select/where/table name if the time range is changed and the table exists in the new time range.
4. Add missing number formatters for Stats queries.
5. Remove '"["' and '"]"' from the columns headers
