Port Tuple UI reports wrong IP addresses

Hi,

I noticed two "cosmetic" details when using the UI to create port tuples with multiple instances :
(1) While feeling the IP information for one port tuple this IP information appears on the other port tuple. Only when you enter the information though.
(2) After the creation of the service instance, if we go back to edit it we can see the service chain IP address as part of the port-tuple information with the initial IP address. The IP seems to appear randomly on one VN or the other, one port-tuple or the other.

I was using Contrail 3.0.2 - build 35

1. Added filter_svc_instance in get-virtual-machine-details API to filter out
instance-ips for those service_instance_ip is set as true
2. While changing the port tuple name, corrected the port tuple entry
association
3. Removed duplicate API definition from port api file.
