Turkish Characters Doesn't List Properly

Bug Description
Turkish characters or let's say odd characters are listed in bottom or top in album view like this:

Şükriye Tutkun
İbrahim Tatlıses
Ümit Sayın
Angra
Coldplay
In flames
Sammy Haggard
Zed is Dead
But instead it should look like this:

I think it's about sorting algorithm. Sorting should be UTF-8 compatible I guess. Thank you very much.
