Bug Description
When I turn on the system nwtwork manager can't find the wifi card. Some times rebooting helps this or I had to run restart network-manager to fix this.This happens on ubuntu 16.04

Thanks, could you file a report using "ubuntu-bug" though? That would include the details needed to work on the issue (logs, package version, etc)
