Bug Description
Binary package hint: nautilus
When enabling desktop effects (on "Normal" level) and using Alt+Tab to switch windows, then minimized Nautilus windows are displayed with a quite blurred icon, while other applications have much sharper icons. I don't know where Compiz gets the icons, but I suppose it's just a matter of putting a 48x48px (or SVG) icon in the right place :-)

Here's a screenshot of the blurred Nautilus icon in window switcher. The other icons (gnome-terminal, Firefox, vncviewer, and gedit) look much better.
