[2.0b5] domain details page does not update as the domain contents change

Bug Description
While I was sitting on /MAAS/#/domain/0 and commissioning a bunch of nodes, and running "watch cat /etc/bind/
1) the contents of the zone file changed as nodes enlisted and commissioned.
2) The domain details page did not change. If I went to images and came back, then it updated. Reload updated. Presumably f5 would too.

Database triggers were missing for updating the domain on ip address addition/removal.
