Bug Description
I'm using Telegram app on my BQ4.5. Every time a new group member is joining a group it isn't notify. I only could see it in the web app or on desktop.
All other notifications like someone left the group or would be added by a group member is notified only joining a group not.
I'm using a BQ 4.5 with rc proposed r331
