fuel-qa must have configurable timeout for diagnostic snapshot

This timeout(60 * 10) must be configurable and must rely on parameter so any testgroup may have parameterized decorator and have own timeout for diagnostic snapshot

Err, guys, i've lost track of what you're doing here.

Do you even understand what and why you doing? I have testgroup with 50 nodes and with 5 nodes. Obviously same timeout will not fit for them.
I want to wrap 50 nodes TG with apropriate decorator and set timeout to something suitable.
What you've done - you've saying that i have to wrap whole test in jenkins in bash with something
if [ TESTGROUP = ]; then

Obviously i don't want to modify jenkins job every time i'm creating testgroup.
