[UX] No indication that MAC address is required when creating a machine

Bug Description

When creating a machine (by going to http://192.168.100.10/MAAS/#/nodes and selecting 'Add hardware -> Machine'), the 'Save' button is greyed out until a MAC address is filled in, but there is no indication to the user that this is the thing they need to fill out in order to be able to save the new machine.

Usual practice is to have a red asterisk or some other indicator next to required fields but will leave this with UX to decide what to do.
