Bug Description
Connecting an M10 tablet to an MX4 phone hotspot works for ping and a few small web pages, but any large download like a youtube video, a large image, podcast or big webpage causes the connection to stall and it will not work again until disconnected and reconnected.
This has been observed repeatedly in OAT 10.1
