Bug Description
The 'tosca-parser' is an OpenStack project and the module used to appear on stacklytics Reviews metric. However, recently it's disappeared and not visible at all under the Module drop down when Metric is set to Review and Release is set to Mitaka. The module is visible if Metric is set to Commits.
The issue is opposite when Release is set to Newton i.e. tosca-parser module works good for Reviews Metric but not for Commits.
Please let me know if need more detail or if it's user error.
