Bug Description
Background plugin will crash under some circumstances one of them can be setting the same wallpaper twice e.g:
1. Open Files.
2. Set the new wallpaper from right click menu.
3. Do step 2 one more time.
4. Wallpaper will become Gala's default texture and will not respond to any future changes.
I tried to debug the code and it seems that's an issue with loading cached images within the load_image method in src/Background/
A workaround would be to remove 260th line in Background that calls "set_loaded", but that's not really a fix.
