MOS 8.0 updates

Environment: 3 controllers, 2 computes-cinder, VxLAN+L2_POP+DVR

Steps to reproduce:
1) Create environment with 3 controllers, 2 computes-cinder, VxLAN+L2_POP+DVR
2) Run OSTF tests

Expected results:
OSTF tests pass

Actual result:
"Check network connectivity from instance via floating IP" test fails.

Please provide diagnostic snapshot or OpenStack logs because it's not clear what happened there.

I've found the error which seems related to Neutron.
I believe it's Neutron-team area.

Paste was found in snapshot of a job mentioned above (94 IIRC). You could revert it by yourself.

Agreed with Alexander Gromov that now there is no much information, snapshots are missed, so decided to put it to Invalid at the moment.
