Bug Description

Bug found while running these tests: http://packages.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/milestones/361/builds/117794/testcases/1682/results
After reverting to official Thunar version, ran the test again and the bug appeared:

1. Open Thunar and create folder A - the location is completely up to you
2. Create a few folder B and some files inside folder A
3. Move some of your files from A to B
4. Move all of them back to A, every now and then a file would "seem to remain" in folder B (but it in fact was moved to folder A).
5. Trying to make an operation on this "remaining" file will fail. Reloading content (Ctrl + R) will make the "file" disappear.

Attached a video showing that after moving files back to folder A, file10 still seems to remain inside folder B, reloading the content makes it disappear.

This bug happens because the "renaming bug" has not been entirely fixed. The bug still happens, but now instead of causing a crash, Thunar simply aborts the current operation, which happens to be updating the list of files in the directory and then redrawing the screen.
