Camera recording clip blur/flicker after touch screen to focus

1. Launch camera and start to recording
2. Click screen to focus and continue recording about 5 sec
3. Stop recording and playback

Result: The video clip blur/flicker after focus

This is not specific to turbo and I am not sure its actually a bug. While recording a video I may change the subject and want to manually focus. If there is any bug it would be that the camera goes out of focus briefly before refocusing.

I see no issue on krillin.

I can confirm the fix is working with latest update (revision 98).
