mouse is lost after resume
Workaround is logoff and logon after resume (or reboot)

apologies. workaround was to logoff and logon again, till this mornings apt-get update && apt-get upgrade -y.. :-(
Now is my workaround to restart lightgdm. logoff and login is not sufficient anymore.. :-(

bankey, does your computer/laptop have Intel graphics? If so then this is a duplicate of bug 1568604.

actually it does and indeed, it seems to be duplicate..

lspci |grep VGA
