Bug Description

Description: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
Release: 16.04

Not sure if this has been reported yet but after I start my laptop from either locking it (ctr-alt-del) or when I close my lid for my laptop to sleep my mouse disappears.

I have a two short term fixes either:

sudo service lightdm restart <-- but this kills all processes when executed

ctrl-alt-f1 then ctrl-alt-f7 to restart the GUI.

If it matters, I also dual-boot Windows 10 on UEFI firmware

I'm not sure why this bug has been reported against apache2 but I'm marking it as a duplicate against the widely reported bug 1568604.If you disagree then please advise.
