Bug Description

[Impact]

Users of Ubuntu 16.04 is unable to get the Openconnect in the VPN option of Network Manager GUI after installing the network-manager-openconnect-gnome and related packages.

16.04 is a LTS and openconnect is necessary for many users accessing to Cisco VPN.

The bug appear to be fixed in 16.10 development release.

[Test Case]

Install network-manager-openconnect-gnome and related packages(sudo apt-get install network-manager-openconnect-gnome and related packages)

Restart network-manager(sudo service network-manager restart)
Add VPN from the Network Manager GUI and Openconnect option is not available

I can confirm. In Ubuntu 16.04, I can connect to our VPN only through the command-line client openconnect.

I' ve installed network-manager-openconnect-gnome and network-manager-openconnect, restarted but there is no OpenConnect option in NetworkManager applet -> VPN Connections -> Configure VPN -> Add. The only "VPN" option there is PPTP. Really sad, this used to work okay in earlier Ubuntu releases.

Also affects me in ubuntu mate 16.04, with network-manager-openconnect, and gnome.
