Bug Description

Please sync mapserver 7.0.1-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

The Ubuntu delta can be dropped, the changes from mapserver (7.0.0-9ubuntu1) are obsolete. The PHP support is disabled in Debian too.

I have successfully built mapserver (7.0.1-3) in a yakkety cowbuilder chroot.

Changes since current yakkety version (7.0.0-9ubuntu5):

 mapserver (7.0.1-3) unstable; urgency=medium

   * Disable PHP mapscript, extension doesn't support PHP 7 yet.
   * Update symbols for ppc64.

   * Fix 'associated' typo in manpage.
   * Add patch for "didn't" typo.
