library not build with c++11 flags

Bug Description
Hi,
The library package version 1.1.2-3.1 does not seems to have been build with c++11 flags.
The main characteristic is, when linked to another lib, the error:
/usr/include/
I had no problem in Ubuntu 15.10
I downgraded the package to liblog4cplus-

Should be resolved after my 1.1.2-3.2 upload gets accepted.
