Happened a 3rd time in builder, seems something that needs resolution before 0.23 can proceed. (suppose since it seems to be a release blocking issue it should be elevated to critical?)

Cannot reproduce with sbuild locally.

Apparently the builder uses a xenial overlay (?) containing a libhybris package more recent than what's installed in regular xenial. Once that overlay is installed, and the libhybris/libhardware packages are updated, the integration tests fail in probing the android platform.
