Bug Description
The description of the search algorithm, under "Controlling where ASDF searches for systems" is no longer accurate. AFAICT the discussion here still describes the old search algorithm, which found system definitions on demand, instead of the new one, which eagerly computes the set of locations from the source configuration.
There's definitely no discussion of the relationship between the two methods.
