System Settings crashed during exit processing

Bug Description

Hello,

First the solution to this issue:

"This bug is fixed since KDE Frameworks version 5.19, but Ubuntu LTS 16.04 only ships 5.18 version. Please report this to the bug tracker of your distribution."

Second I am copying my report from https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=362194

Start the KDE system-settings and view the following setting page:
 - Apperance
   - Workspace Theme
     - Look And Feel

Now close the window (closing it by using the closing button of the window decoration leads to the crash, too), and the crash happens. The crash can be reproduced every time.

It seems to crash only if you have enabled the classic tree view for the system settings.
