"Set from File..." doesn't work.

Bug Description

Installed Loki-daily, 2016-05-05, around 05:00 GMT +09:00

* Switchboard - User Accounts - My Account

* Intend to set profile image.

* click "Set from File..." but browser is not open.

* but after a lot of click or click later, it works eventually.

* but after browsing, can't select file,

* and even more "Cancel" and "Open" button doesn't work.

In fact, Music, Video, Scratch, Photos have the same issue with it browsing, they don't read or import or even open brower.

I can't confirm this on Loki daily as of May 6th

It still happens to me , Loki daily as of May 7th GTM + 09:00
But, I think it is better for checking after the release of Loki-beta.

I can confirm not being able to set a user image from loki. Switchboard trows the error:

SetIconFile call failed: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.Accounts.Error.PermissionDenied: Not authorized

Just did a fresh install, and i can fully confirm it.

It is fixed in Loki-Daily , 2016-05-27 GMT +9 around 18:15
along with Music, Video, Scratch, Photos.
