Bug Description
In ubuntu mate 16.04 when MATE compatibility was enabled I lose window focus, meaning if I minimize or close the top window, the window focus must transfer to button window, but I lose window focus and shortcut keys not working.
If I enable Gnome Compatibility everything is fine.
