Bug Description
Mos 8.0
several times deployed 3 Controllers 2 Compute, DVR
most of deployments failed first time, puppet cant reach ntp servers.
Workaround:
after ubuntu is installed. ping ntp or other host fails, ping public router ip an then ntp server.
leave ping running and deployment is successfull.
