2.0b6: asks for domain-name, then doesn't know what it is

I'll check what's up with the password, but this bug is about that WARNING line.

This is an openstack cloud, btw:

Added domain-name to the openstack provider config. Once merged this should no longer WARN that domain-name is an unknown field:
