Multiple text input menus at the same time

When You want to copy/paste text both UI Toolkit and the Browser are opening copy/paste dialogs at the same time as shown in the photos below

What's more either I'm again so stupid or is it so unintuitive or is it impossible(?) to get rid of the dialog from the screen as long as the cursor is active? In Android it is enough to tap somewhere on the screen. On Ubuntu I simply cant get rid of it. Is it another bug or is this again something only I can't do?

Sorry about this...I think it's a regression, it used to be easily dismissable...

would you mind filing another bug for that? I'll make sure the engineer who works on text input is aware, in the meanwhile

Not a UITK bug, it’s with the browser.

I can reliably reproduce the issue if I ensure that I have some text in the clipboard, and then long press on an empty text area that didn’t have focus previously. This is in fact another symptom of bug #1570511. The insertion handle (and the quick menu together with it) shouldn’t be displayed when focusing a text area with no selection.
