Bug Description

Original request: https://sourceforge.net/p/stellarium/discussion/278769/thread/15663304/?limit=25&page=3#4a7e

Is the cursor supposed to go red like everything else when in night mode? Mine stays white so it kind of defeats the purpose of night mode. I don't know if there's something wrong on my end or if that was just never part of the program. If the latter, I would like to request that future versions include a red cursor for night mode.

Thanks so much for providing this wonderful software for free!

In case you are running Windows, you can set mouse pointer scheme to black in the control panel. This takes most of the brightness. A white outline remains though. Maybe you can develop a red-pointers scheme?
