[Proposal] Fix inconsistency words, descriptions in "Tricircle - Design Blueprint"

Since the documentation called "Tricircle - Design Blueprint" which is very important for the Tricircle project, it's better to fix any kind of inconsistency words, descriptions, no matter what very diligent new contributors could be confused by. [1]

Those kind of challenges should not impact on product itself. But it may be worth keeping it in mind. Because every single decision would be based on that article.
