Agenda display in wrong timezone

Bug Description

If I put my calendar.ics file in $HOME/.local/share/evolution/calendar/system/ on my device, it shows the reminders for events at the correct time, but the calendar display is one (no DST) or two (with DST) hours off.

Note that the device is on the correct timezone (Netherlands), including DST as time display is correct. This ensures that reminders set in evernote/reminders behave correctly, also in the reminders app.

How to reproduce:
Create a calendar.ics file on your desktop (I use Outlook)
move the file to device, in $HOME/.local/share/evolution/calendar/system/
restart device

result:
reminders are at correct time, calendar display not.

Device:
BQ Aquaris 4.5 ubuntu edition OTA 10.1 (bug was also present in previous versions)

I seem to have a similar problem. After the last calendar update my appointments have shifted one hour. I use the Meizu Pro 5 and I synchronize with syncevolution to Owncloud. The agenda items in Owncloud are right, the items in teh Calendar app are one hour shifted.
I also syncronize with Outlook and when I opened a repeating item I found that it had timezone information in it of West Central Africa (UTC +1 hour) while my phone has been set up to be in Amsterdam which is time zone (UTC +1 hour), but the Settings page on the phone shows 'Amsterdam UTC+2'. Maybe that's a clue?

I was wrong in my previous comment. UTC is in Amsterdam +2 hours because of daylight saving time.
I solved my problem by changing the settings of the Outlook synchonisation plugin (CalDav Synchronizer). I had to synchronize events with UTC time instead of Outlook Appointment timezone. Then the 1 hour shifted time differences between Owncloud and Ubuntu phone calendar appointments were gone.
