Bug Description

I have a single-monitor setup, with my notebook screen turned off. When I start gnome-terminal, it starts as a small 80x25 window, covering circa quarter of the screen. Then I maximize it, unmaximize (restore) it and the gnome terminal window continues to take the entire screen real estate. I have not observed this behavior with other apps - namely krusader and thunderbird will, upon restoring, take the correct original window dimensions.
