I get a similar error, when trying to start the browser.

(webbrowser-app:4116): dconf-CRITICAL **: unable to create file '/run/user/1000/dconf/user': Keine Berechtigung. dconf will not work properly.

Those warnings, despite being advertised as CRITICAL, shouldn’t prevent the browser app from starting. Is there more info in the logs?
