Bug Description

Hey! I repeatedly tried installing different versions of Ubuntu (namely Ubuntu Gnome 15.10, Ubuntu 16.04 and Ubuntu Gnome 16.04) and always get the same error stating: "GRUB installation failed. The 'grub-efi-amd64-signed' packaged failed to install into /target/. Without the GRUB boot loader, the installed system will not boot."
I googled the error and discovered that other users received it as well in the last years. I tried several of the suggested ways to solve the problem - without success.
I am a happy Ubuntu user since several years and would love to be one in the future. Working on Windows (which I have in dual boot) just doesn't do the trick :D
I would be very grateful for any helpful advice!

Your EFI system partition appears to be hopelessly corrupt and will need to be reformatted and your other OSes reinstalled.
