Bug Description
Whenever I play a video, the screen will not switch off. (I have switch off time set at 1 minute). The only way to have it switching off automatically is to stop the video completely.
It's very annoying, as I don't want the monitor to have to be on at all times while I am listening to music.
I use Rosa with KDE. Has anyone noticed the same behavior in other flavors, e.g. Cinnamon?
In SMPlayer I have unchecked the option "Disable screensaver" and in VLC both "Disable screensaver" and "Inhibit the power daemon during playback".
