Manila driver session isn't needed in manila-api and manila-scheduler

Manila generic, cinder, nova and neutron session aren't needed in manila-api and manila-scheduler. It's only needed in manila-share container.

This change has no impact directly on the functioning of the service. The service will work fine with or without this change, this was only one a refactoring to remove sessions that are not used in configuration files of some manila services. I prefer not to backport, but as it is a change that does not affect the functionality of the service, see no problem in doing so.

This issue was fixed in the openstack/kolla 3.0.0.0b1 development milestone.
