Bug Description

fresh install in 16.04

the drop down next to the green circle does not work

it does work with nzbget 16.4 when manually installed on 14.04 LTS

I was able to get it working by replacing all the webui/lib/ symbolic links with the actual flies from the nzbget package I downloaded from their website.

Same root cause as #1576471 (marking duplicate). In Ubuntu the name of the raphael javascript file has been changed for some reason, breaking the symlink.
