Bug Description

i have kubuntu 7.10 desktop amd64, on a dell vostro 1500 laptop
in the system menu, i go to System Settings>Sharing and there comes up an error message saying "SMB and NFS servers are not installed... to enable this modele these must be installed". then the window for Sharing appears with 3 items on the left selection bar {Desktop, Sharing, File Sharing, Local Network Browsing}. when i click on File Sharing and click "Admin Mode" button to do things, it shows the same error message again and the File Sharing window gets disabled, unable to serve the user for changing anything.
it used to be like it would ask for installing those missing packages.

Thanks for your bug report. This issue has been resolved in the upcoming Hardy release. When first opening sharing, the user is given the option to install both SMB and NFS through a gui.
