Bug Description
I added an ipv6 address to an interface (which previously only had ipv4 addresses) on a rack controller, and told the api to refresh the rack controller, and the web UI did not automatically update. reloading the page or hitting f5 shows the change. The same is true if another ipv4 address (on a different subnet) is added.

Lamont, I changed a staticipaddress manually on a rack's physical interface in the DB and it updates instantly in the rack details UI interface section - could you give me a more specific example, including the sequence of API commands you used?
