EAP-TLS, NetworkManager: Not able to select private key

Bug Description

If you select EAP-TLS as security method for wi-fi you are able to select a ca certificate, the user certificate but NOT the private key which is necessary to use this method.

This bug exist since Ubuntu 9.04 and should be fixed. It still exist in Ubuntu 16.04

This problem did not occur for me in 14.04, but 16.04 shows exactly the behaviour described by Andreas.
