Bug Description
On Ubuntu 16.04 does not work wi-fi when you turn off the Wi-Fi via a hardware button on a laptop keyboard...
If you press and try to turn wi-fi again, the system will report that the wi-fi works, but in reality it is not...
The system does not find any access point, not to mention the connection to them...
In Ubuntu 14.04, this error was not observed.
