Bug Description

I have 2 ubuntu systems: work and personal. On work computer, the systemback does not proceed the initial login page because OK button does not get enabled. On personal one it works. I am suspecting this is because the work computer uses LDAP for authentication behind the scene.

Is there any work around? Or a solution?

I do not know this LDAP, the Systemback checking the /etc/shadow file, comparing the hashes. If the user is not standard, just try to start the Systemback with the root user:

sudo systemback

I checked if my user name is in the /etc/shadow, and I could see it's not.

When I run with sudo, I get this:

$sudo systemback

 Unsafe X Window authorization!

Please do not use 'sudo' command.

So I used gksu:

gksu systemback

This resolved my issue.
