Search current contacts does not work

Description:
The search function in "Contacts" to search current contacts you have does not work.

Reproduce Steps:
    a) Launch Telegram
    b) Select "Contacts" in menu
    c) Select the top-right side magnifier icon
    d) Observe the behavior

Expected Result:
Telegram can start to search contacts by keyword.

Actual Result:
Telegram pop back to the main page (AccountListItem).

Occurrence:
10/10 (100%)
