"Browser C: Drive" menu entry will do nothing if Wine has never been launched

Bug Description

HOW TO REPRODUCE:
1. Delete the "~/.wine" folder.
2. Open "Browser C: Drive".

RESULT:
Nothing happens. Instead Wine should be configured for the first time.

You need to upgrade wine into 1.8 or 1.9 series. You are using really outdated software.

What is "Browser C: Drive" ? Is it some sort of shortcut? Or a console command? I don't remember ever seeing this.

Plain Wine does not add any such menu entry; that's something added by some distros to their packages. It is not part of the WineHQ packages.

The "Browser C: Drive" menu entry is specific to Ubuntu, so it does not affect the upstream Wine project.
