We're trying to install Mirantis Kilo (7.0) ... we're seeing this error during fuel server build. Note we also have trouble issuing fuel commands.

Robert, could you please provide a diagnostic snapshot or logs from the fuel node? At least the /var/log/ fuel-agent- env-1.log file, it would be helpful.
