Bug Description
SM UI: 3.0 : click on Alarms returning error in ServerManager UI
On a standalone Server manager UI there are no alarms since initial days. Earlier clicking on the Alerts icon would have resulted in a JS error and the pop up was not visible
On ServerManger Lite, Alarms work
fails with ECONNREFUSED , syscall, connect

Hi Manoj,
We will have to remove the alarms section in case of standalone SM UI, as there is no immediate plan to introduce alarms in the SM as of now.
