Bug Description
I run:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
sudo apt-get install update-manager-core
sudo do-release-upgrade -d
throws error:
'calculating measure changes
Could not calculate the upgrade
An unsolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade.
Possible causes are:
* An update to a version pre-release of Ubuntu;
* Run from a pre-release version of Ubuntu;
* Use of unofficial packages not provided by Ubuntu; '
