Mailer-Daemon: bounce message doesn't include In-Reply-To or References-Header

Bug Description
When postfix sends a bounce message (often through <email address hidden>) the bounce message does not have the In-Reply-To and/or the References header referencing the message which failed to send.
This is very annoying to users who use an email view where emails are grouped together (known as conversion view).
So please add at least on of these headers to outgoing bounce messages.
